Every property transaction in Dubai — sales, mortgages, gifts — recorded since 2004. Over 1.51 million transactions. Published as open data under the DDE Open Data Licence.
Dubai's mandatory rental registration system. Every tenancy contract must be registered. The signed contract rent — not advertised rent — is what we use to calculate yield.
